Need some advice, want to use a 3/8 fuel line sender but have 2 different part numbers. Going to run new NiCopp 3/8" fuel line for both rear tank mod and mid-ship tanks. Looking at NPD with part #F-9275-4A and #F-9275-4B but applications seem to be the same ?? Stock calls for 5/16" line but i want to upgrade for future use so Spectra Premium makes me wonder about quality so i just wanted to see what everyone has to say. Thanks in advance !
I can send you, or post some pics of the sending unit that I bought from Spectra Premium if you want. It looks like a quality product. I haven't installed it yet.
Love pics, i am guessing one part number is for 5/16 fuel line and other number for 3/8 fuel line. Fuel injection probably run about 3000 by the time i got done hooking up 2 tanks and the FiTech carb i am looking at so fuel injection just not in the cards. Have a slight kink in 5/16 line at carb when it was bent to hook up to carb so going to replace with 3/8 since it seems to surge when winding it up 60 to 70. Thanks for getting back to me.

What size engine you running 360, 390? Looks like it would take more than a small kink to cause a surge, Sounds more like a float adjustment or carb issue.
Running a 71' D1VE block with the 460 crank installed so it really loves the gas stations. Never noticed any issues before fuel line was installed. Carb is actually a QJ and was told it was 800cfm by local auto shop and it was rebuilt about 6 months ago. Tried Holley 750cfm for years but it hated the winters so i hate to admit it but the QJ has given me no issues at all even though its an electric choke model. I don't care for the way fuel line from pump to carb is run anyways so that is why i am considering stepping up to the 3/8 NiCopp. Is there a 3/8 fuel sender model for the F25A Spectra Premium gas tank ?? Cause all i am seeing is that its 5/16 inch for the 68' truck i have which i am sure will be fine, just trying to do fuel system one time.
