Electrical gurus - No dash background lights

Looking to see if anyone had any ideas where to pinpoint this issue, all dash lights (abs/engine) etc, and all dash functions work perfectly, overhead lights work with dimmer, but the lights in the cluster itself do nothing, obviously this is not very useful in the dark. Any idea which wires to look at for breaks or fuses? Repalced dimmer switch with known good switch to no avail.

You replaced Dimmer, your Dash light's work off of Feed from Headlight Switch.

I think there's a fuse for the instrument lights, I'd start there.

The headlight switch/dimmer switch is all 1 assembly, I replaced the whole thing, and no dice. Perhaps it has something to do with the aftermarket LED headlights on the truck?

I'll look again for another fuse for it and see what I can find

Had some time to mess with the truck again today - still no luck, I also do not have illumination of the AC controls, so it's not just the instrument cluster lights. All fuses look fine, I rotated them out to try and see if one was bad without it showing, and no luck there either.
