when wire connected to truck, and Android Auto is running, an incoming call is connected, but I can't hear them, and they can't hear me.
if I MAKE the call, all is ok.
if I disconnect the cable, all is ok..
i have not found a way to recover the call while in progress.. unplug, but nothing changes.. phone says its on handset (or i can change to speaker) but no change
doesn't look like its on Do Not disturb, or Privacy mode.
I would start with enabling dual mode on your phones bluetooth advanced settings. It can be a simple as your phones media setting volume is off. Dual mode will allow your phones volume buttons to turn up phone volume.
Next I would go into andoid auto settings have android auto turn off wireless when connected. Searching for wireless seams to make bluetooth flakey. Also have it turn location on. My bluetooth will not work with location off on phone. I have Verizon. It seems like with bluetooth 4 the have made it a requirement to have location on

thanks. my phone (OnePlus 5) doesn't have a Dual Mode bluetooth setting..
thanks for all the help and guidance... it seems AA version 4.5 onward has implemented Do Not Disturb ON by default, with no way to disable that function...
