I replaced my CPS a few months ago. Had no issues and then it snowed and had a few issues with the truck shutting off and CEL and s code then it all stopped. Now it’s raining and I got a CEL code and the jerks. so it only happens during bad weather lol. Should I just replace it again.

Had this happen to me a few years back. Drove through a large puddle of water in the rain and truck shut off. It was the CPS.... The CPS was not 'bad', but moisture was finding it's way in and shutting the truck off. Unplug the CPS and take it out. Clean everything up on CPS and Connections and seal everything well with Dielectric grease. Connections tight and CPS sealed and tight. keep moisture out. I have had no more 'shut downs'.
