Related Steering Column Issues
First: Truck is a 2000 CC 4x4 V10 Auto SB XLT
1. Horn isn’t working
2. sifting into drive is “ambiguous”. It doesn’t “lock” into place. It doesn’t come out of fear. It’s just difficult to tell if it’s in gear.
3. Occasionally when you turn the key, nada. If you turn the key to acc and shift in and out of gear a few times, it’ll fire right up.
4. The cruise control doesn’t work but I am almost certain it is the servo.
Ive checked where the shifter column shaft attaches to the shifter cable and it seems tight. All fuses look good.
Many thoughts?
