Hello, I'm new to this forum so please excuse what may be a silly question but I am trying to locate replacement cross member supports to go under the cab of my truck. I am planning on replacing the rocker panels and these supports have completely rusted away and I can't seem to find a location to purchase replacements anywhere. Any advice on how to construct them or possibly other year or model supports that people have used instead would be welcome. Thanks in advance for any advice.
No thats not it. I'm looking for the sheet metal supports that reinforce the outside edges of the cab and are connected to the rocker panels. They go completely across the bottom of the floor from on rocker panel to the other and are spot welded to the floor. I only need the outside 12" or so that are badly rusted.
I have the parts that you are looking for if you have a super cab. I purchased the parts 3 years ago from ford, but choose to swap the cab instead as it was easier. You can PM me and I will let you know about the parts.
