Question on my 07’ F250 6.0. Recently she’s been inconsistent in her starts. She wants to but at times I have to turn the ignition several times until it turns over..then it’s only on 2-3 cylinders, chugg chugg chugg with black smoke till all cylinders are fired up. Then it runs fine! It’s the uneasiness of not knowing if she’ll start. New glow plugs and harnesses put in last month, the mechanics put in all new injectors and ran fine for a couple days and then the same 💩 chugg chugg chugg. The mechanics are baffled. New ficm recently, ICP pressure tested when starting +500#’s, checked for IPR/ screen damage/ok, EGR valve checked out too. It’s not throwing any codes either. And she’s been bullet proofed
@ 90k, currently at 147500. Any one every have this experience or have any knowledge in this issue. If appreciate your opinions. Thanks

Those "mechanics" are da genuine article ----chit 4 brains --- they just threw ALL new injectors at it?
Need to instrument it (with IDS) to observe real time all the parameters to see which area is having the periodic anomalies...........
