Looking to gain driveability. The E4od conversion is for a 94 4.9/C6 f250. In top gear at 30. I need a tranny, driveshaft shortened, crossmember moved and a " controller"? Could the computer be taken from the donor in leiu of controller? Any tips, pointers?

E4OD swap is complicated have you considered an AOD instead. A donor truck would be the best way to do this, you need a bunch of wiring besides all the other stuff mentioned.
