Lug Torque Spec?

If you have 1/2in studs the torque is 90 ft lbs. I am assuming this is the f150's.
If you have 9/16 in studs and single rear wheels, the torque is 145 ft lbs.
If you have 9/16 in studs and dual rear wheels, the torque is 220 ft lbs.
Sounds like you are the 145 ft lbs spec.

There is a discussion going on regarding lug nut torque. This should get you close to the photo of the 1986 owner's guide. Remember that torque specification includes three things. Diameter of stud, condition of the threads and the torque value. The torque value by itself can be misleading since the thread condition is just as important.
