I'm really not so sure how the Bronco is going to fit into Ford's lineup without stealing sales away from another Ford. I'll wager that Ford will limit production.
I would be surprised if it would come in much over 5000lb. The Ranger only hits 7.5k and the Bronco is guaranteed to have a shorter wheelbase, ie less stability. The Everest tows 1k less than a Ranger in AUS and it has street bias suspension. The 4Runner is only rated for 5k, and the Wrangler is 3.5k. They might claim 5.5k for the Bronco just to beat the competition.

Not canibalizing the sales of their other vehicles is one of the best arguments for having radically different driveline and suspension components in the Bronco. We have yet to see any sign Ford intends to do that though.

I currently drive a Titan, as much as I would love to have a SuperDuty again it’s just not in the cards for me. If I’m coming back to Ford it will be in the Bronco, I’ve been obsessed with Broncos since my dad bought our old ‘86 back when I was 12-13 years old. Loved that truck.

My guess?... It'll be the next big thing. If Ford creates it like they did the new Mustangs, Jeep will have a tough go of it due to market loss. Of course, there will always be die hard Jeep fans out there. I plan on ordering a Bronco. Hope I'm not disappointed with its release.

It is hard to vote. There is barely any information available to determine what it is or what itsʻ fate will be.

I hope for success and I want to buy one - if it is better than an Explorer.

The suspense is driving me crazy - 2021 seems like a lifetime away!

Just think about the people who won't buy the first year vehicle's. They really have a long wait. Just wait until more comes out. The Bronco forum will light up like a Christmas Tree.

I used to believe in the donʻt buy the first year concerns.

Like I mentioned in another thread I bought a 1991 Explorer that lasted for years due to my care of the thing, 1997 F150, it was a lease, it was one great work truck in my opinion, we currently own a 2015 F150 which is really nice to drive and does well

for me as a working truck too. I am hanging on to the super cool 1996 Bronco that we have too. Just the other day I got two "nice Bronco" comments with in 5 minutes of each other. I hope the Bronco is a success for FORD!

I really would like to own one.

I've owned my share of first year vehicles and didn't have any problems with them So if I like the new Bronco enough I won't let the "first year" thing stop me from buying one.
