I am looking for a bug deflector that almost seems non existent. I have an image of what I am looking for, but it is on an Amazon product page. The truck has a matte black bug deflector with the f150 logo on the drivers side.
Here is the pic: (you have to chose the 4" option, in matte black, and it is the last picture with the green f150)
I would just post the pic here, but Amazon has a thing about their pictures, and I cannot save it to share. Please check it out using my instructions.
Now, I have found a couple possible choices, but there is no picture with these parts on parts.ford.com
It's the only place I can think that would have an OEM F150 bug deflector
The suspected part number is 16C900B, but there is a complication. Any time you open up the 16C900 parts, you don't get the A,B, or C option, you only get the base part option, and there are prices from $92-$1900... and... there are no actual pics of any of them. The 3 parts in the diagram are VERY different.
Seen here: https://parts.ford.com/shop/en/us/deflector-7849987-1
Also, none specify a matte finish, only smoke. I want to avoid the see through look, and prefer a matte finish. Same as the rest of the trim.
So, does anyone have this bug deflector, or know where to get it? And preferably not for $1900...
I have actually seen it on a couple different product pictures through amazon. I really like it and since I am in the market for some trim additions and the bug deflector is one of them, I hope someone can clear it up for me. Almost looks factory, so I wonder if they are still able to be found/purchased.
Yea I am going to. I just wanted to try here first to see if anyone had one or knew what was up first. I have to get a couple small things from them, so I will do it all at once.

That product was discounted back in 2012, not many out there. Amazon shows 2 in stock.

Smoked bug shields often look solid color on darker vehicles. Mine is smoke, but looks solid black until close and mine's a red truck. I never seen a flat black one, but I suppose it could be painted?
