When was the column shift available in the F1's.

Late model 1950's I guess because I had one.

Yes, it was a running change addition sometime in late summer-early fall, 1950. I'm not sure if we've ever been able to nail down a change timeframe, and it could have varied by plant. Surely the dozen or so assembly plants across North America didn't all make the change at the same time.

Russ, do we know your truck's date code and assembly plant?
