You can briefly ground the two injector wires going to the ECA to see if the bank of injectors fire.

When you turn the key to ON, do you get the 1-2 Fuel Pump Prime ?

You should run your KOEO Self-Test, see what your computer knows.

Pull out your ACT and check the tip on the sensor.

Air Charge Temperature sensor. There is no MAF (mass air flow sensor) in these trucks as they use speed density to calculate air flow in to the engine.

ACT is located in lower manifold under left bank fuel rail. The white plug in the center of the photo.

More on the truck, it is getting good power to the injectors. I temporary run a ground while someone else cranked, and it wanted to spit and sputter. I was going to look at the computer wiring, but ran out of time. I noticed there are two computer looking boxes down there. I assume it's the one that has the larger bolt in connector?

Just a thought, I have an 86 Mercury grand Marquis. Would that computer work for a test?

No.
Did you pull your computer and check the capacitors ?
If you put a test light or meter on one of the injector connectors, you should be able to tell if the computer is firing them.

Have you run the KOER Self-Test ?

The automobile EFI was ahead of the Truck, so you might get a few codes that you would not with your truck computer.

Have not run any tests yet. I'm 99% sure the injectors are not firing on at least one side because the truck doesn't even try to start unless I ground them out temporary arcing it across the battery neg.

Unplug your TPS connector and try to start.
