Pumping gas issue
Alright guys I’m back with some more ford trouble. I syphined gas out of my truck to help out a buddy of mine and now I can’t pump gas without the gas pump shutting off every half gallon. I used a garden hose with the end cut off. Did I break something or what? I’m sure nothing has fallen in there while I was doing this. It’s a 95 f150. Thanks for everyone’s time.

The only thing I can think of is if jamming the hose down there pulled the inner fill tube loose from the filler neck, but that would take some pretty severe downward pressure. You will have to pull the filler neck to find out.

What pump pumps only half gallon?
Are you using the in tank pump and getting the fuel out of the fuel line someplace?
If so are you saying the tank pump only runs for one second each time the key is turned to the run position?
If so that is normal.
