Spoke to manager. And they still say there is no way to lock in the PCO in their system but said that if the order is placed with my name then it's really just a gamble if the pco will be there or not when the new truck arrives. I guess we will find out in a couple months. In the meantime I have talked to several dealers and they all have said that the pco will be there when the truck arrives as long as order is placed by 4/1. I'm not feeling as bad walking out on that deal, they informed me they have several very motivated people biting at my ordered truck.

So what is the end opinion of dealing with Koons? PCO or not are you going to order another truck from them? Their online prices are thousands less than any dealer in my area and they are 150 miles away. Im already specing a truck with them. Have not ordered. Ive been unable to get a PCO to pop for me anyway. Actually Im hoping Ford comes up with maybe lower interest rates and certainly some strong incentives. Considering GM and Dodge advertising $10,000.00 and higher incentives.
How many guys have purchased from Koons? Is it true the trade in deals are not good? any info is greatly appreciated. Ready to order any day now.

I purchased my 2019 Special Order from them and would certainly do it again based on their pricing and service during the sales/ordering process. Delivery was great too. I did not trade in there so cannot speak on that. I was able to private sale my truck. I sent you a PM. I have a PCO up.

I ended up ordering another truck in time to lock in my pco. The salesman I was dealing with said they had a Ford Regional Rep in that explained to all the managers on how to lock in PCOs for customers ordering trucks that would arrive after expiration. Now for the wait! Ordered the exact same build and added some extended step bars.

As as far as the trade deal. They offered me $2k lower than low trade book on my truck. I said absolutely not. So now I have another 8 weeks to try and sell mine privately. Other than the pco lock issue, they have been great to deal with.
