E350 battery cable lengths?
Time to replace my battery terminals, and I'm going to replace the cables as well, so I can use
. I have used them on a number of vehicles and I'm very happy with the results. I will get my battery cables made by http://www.bestboatwire.com/custom-cables/custom-battery-cable-assembly. I've used them a number of times, and I am very happy with the service, quality, and price. I can specify the terminal sizes, and I get the clear heat-shrink at both ends so that any corrosion that may develop is visible right away.
Can anyone tell me the length of the cables that go from the two battery terminals to the starter & engine ground? It's hard to get an accurate measurement while they are in the vehicle. I sure don't want to be short, but I don't want to be way over, either. I have seen some online at 72", but I don't know if that's a universal cable or the real deal. This is a 1996 with the 351, E4OD.
