My accumulator appears to have different springs in front of the back most valves, is this normal? I included a picture for reference.The springs I am referring to are the OE spring pointed at with the red arrow. In valve 2 it appears more compressed in its resting state and then 3 and 4 are slightly "longer or more space between each turn in the spring" appearing. None of them are identical to each other. Im trying to find out the reason for this hard 1-2 shift and I was replacing my accumulator valves with the newer style non sticky ones and noticed that the spring in #2 is more squished.
Thank you. You seem to be the one who knows it all. Your post on my MLPS testing thread had a list of things to do for 1-2 hard shift. Since my accumulator appears to be normal and I have replaced the valve and springs to no avail, the next thing I am curious about is testing line pressure. Do you know how to do that?
