Roof issues

I am working on a roof rack project when I found this

It is the driver's side rear rail mount hole. How do I go about repairing this? Thanks

If it were mine I would flatten out the bent metal and install a new nutcert, if the hole is to wallowed out I would try the next size up nutcert rather then pull the headliner so I could repair the hole by welding it.

If you don’t have a nutcert tool or a welder then you could just bootyfab it and through bolt it or if you are not reienstalling the rails then just RTV it closed to avoid water intrusion.
