It might just be my luck with the group but so far only one guy is trying to help.

Are you still interested in buying this, non 4wd swapped?

Thumbs up

I bought one new in 2009, was totaled Sept '14. Ask me what you want to know. Deleted it at 9k, replaced garbage Traclok at 14k, full built 5R110W, etc. You can push dino oil 10-12k on it once deleted with normal driving, syn can go further.

'Tow' tunes are around 400rwhp or so and stupid low EGTs. I think I saw about 950F unloaded WOT, just would not get hotter. Those stock compounds move a ton of air, a 71-72mm atmo adds HUGE higher RPM power and airflow gains even on stock injectors and single K16s. I am talking like +100rwhp by 3500rpm.

Hot street with stock snails will suck filter minder in with a tight converter. It is really funny.

Sucks it got totaled. I need to know which one of these sensors am I supposed to put the resistors in? Keep getting check engine light for EGR not being able to find itself or voltage too high.

also is there something wrong with my Engine oil temp sensor? This is it with my ECT. @86 degrees outside it's at 100 degrees after sitting for 12hrs, then only gets to 168 when warmed up.

For that EGR throttle body thing?

Seems to me one of the plugs was for that and other for the valve itself. I have not been under the hood of one in nearly five years. I THINK the resistor went on the TB plug. I believe I was able to turn the valve itself off via my old *** SCT I was using.

Hope that helps.

Looks like an 09 or a 10 due to the longer bumper air dam, mine was a Job 2, 2009. Does it already have the K16 harness update?

I also ran TONS of B99 in mine, it loved it. Ford/Navistar said NO as B99 does not burn hot enough to fully regen, that is why. Did you do a downpipe? Stock is double walled and crushed. Stock muffler is not restrictive at all.

I still have stock exhaust down pipe. Seems fine. It's a 7/08 JOB 1 that was owned by a company and has paperwork for everything swapped for recall and all filters swapped EVERY 3k miles. I just did the delete myself. I just can't figure out which wires to connect to which wires. There isn't even the correct numbers or colors in the one I'm looking at. It says to put 1 to 3 and 2 to 4. But there is no 4. Its a blank slot.

Maybe since it is an earlier truck the harness was different. What tuner are you using? I think the later H&R or somethings you will not need the resistor for the EGR TB and valve delete. Worst case, hack that assembly up like I did for a while and plug that back in to remove the code.

Be aware the cab mounts are **** on them, especially up front. They degrade and the cab will crush the radiator.

Got some forward progress on Betty white. Got the 05+ superduty axles under it. Used Absalute Customs swap kit. They're about 1k less than RYD, seems to pretty good quality and their customer service is amazing. She's on about a 3" lift from the conversion, and 33s now.

That is looking great. I wonder how the SD mags would look? Those are factory, but still some of my favorites as far as Ford wheels go.

So the parts that you see. Tracbar mount and control arm frame side mounts were just 450 shipped. You still have to get control arms and an axle and steering linkage. It's not sold as a 2wd to 4wd kit. I just used some of the 2wd parts instead of the coil bucket bracket kit. I'm going to have to do the divorced NP205, np205 crossmember and drivelines myself.
