VIN won't tell you that, you need the warranty plate.

Buying a marti report may give you the info you're after.

Also NumberDummy already gave you that info in your thread titled "Are all 76 F250s Highboy's?"

I had this in the original paperwork still with the truck, is this what you mean? Can anyone run this for me or how would I go about it. Trying to match the paint color, its a white, just not sure which one as there appears to be 3 from 1977.

1977 F150

NumberDummy may decode that, I've never seen that before, cool find.
The warranty plate I'm referring to is on the door. Looks like the attached pic.
Here's a link to decode things yourself.

Yes, that was much appreciated! That was for my my 1976 F250, this is a different truck I'm asking about however, I also have a white 1977 F150 and I wasn't sure how you had gone about finding out all the info on my highboy.

Since you're so good at posting pics, post a pic of the Warranty Plate, riveted to the left door face below the latch.

Since 11/2006, I've decoded over 1,000 Warranty Plates using Ford parts catalogs

Not sure if the M on that warranty tag you have is for the color code but the fordification site suggest Wimbledon White as used on trucks from 73-79. Does it appear off-white ish when clean?

This is not a warranty tag, it's the Owners Card. It had to be shown at FoMoCo dealers for warranty work.

M = 1964/72: Wimbledon White; 1973/79: White (see pic).

However there's no way to decode these cards (even though the VIN and some of the codes are obvious), so while M may be the COLOR code, it may not be.

I think you're being modest. I bet you can add at least one more zero on there lol

Whatever you wish to call it is your choice. Suggestions are better than no answers at all. It’s not one members place to make other members feel inferior as some of us do NOT have access to every ford part number or diagram ever thought of. Have a wonderful day.
