Rotated the tires today, that did nothing. In addition to installing the fox ats as opposed to the pressurized single ifp, if I let go of the wheel it turns slightly on its own to the right, causing me to have to hold the steering wheel at center.
Adjustable track bar is on the way, I'll have that installed with the stock bracket and have it aligned again for the 6th time. It feels like this small lift has nickel and dime the crap outta me. Not going to drive the truck until all the parts arrive.
Where do you have the ATS set? There is zero push out of this unit - you can set it in any position (off the vehicle) and it will not move (unlike a single IFP)
Sounds like there are other culprits to your center issue.
what size lift do you have and what radius arm drop brackets?
So not a "lift", 2" BDS leveling kit. Radius arm drop brackets were from Wicked Trucks and not exactly sure of the amount of drop, a couple inches. Here is a pic from when I had them installed.

i too have a 2" level and was wondering if the radius arm drop brackets would fix my caster instead of using caster bushings.
These are my current alignment specs after the 2 degree carli caster shim. I was looking. At specs from the previous alignments with stock shins and caster was about 1 degree

Can you post your alignment numbers (post lift)?
Right. I had it set at the full open, adjuster all the way left or out when I installed it. I have driven it since and each time added two clicks or so to see if there’s been a difference. It’s around 16 now.
i don't see any mention of a dual steering stabilizer, it fixed mine
Tried that, bought a Kelderman dual unit with Fox shocks and it made absolutely no difference for me. Took that off and swapped out the stock one for a King and that made things much better but as King said, it's only masking the issue and will only wear the stabilizer out sooner if I don't resolve the problem.
Does anyone have a picture of their pitman arm where it mounts to the steering box. I looked at mine this morning at theres a significant gap between the box and the arm itself, probably 3/4-1" gap.

Ok it’s probably 1/2-3/4 of an inch, but is this normal?
BDE250 - I'm chasing the same thing w/ my 2017 F-250 4x4 PSD. I've read a lot online and the only thing I keep coming back to is the lower steering shaft. Apparently Ford just released an updated part number for this, but mine over time has gotten sloppy and everything is tight and aligned on my truck. The updated part number is HC3Z-3B676-B, but Tasca Parts online looks to list this part number for the truck with the manual column adjustment.
At the end of the day, I believe that all of these trucks have some sort of steering feedback just based on the overall design, but I know mine is getting worse over time. I don't think replacing the lower shaft will eliminate the slop we're experiencing 100%, but I think it will be closer to what we felt when the truck was brand new... if that makes any sense.
I have not replaced mine at this time. I crawled under the truck to see how difficult of a job it might be and I can barely see the bolts for the lower steering shaft with all the **** from the 6.7L in the way.
