take caliper is not sticking. It doesn't pull and the heat doesn't come from the rotor itself. I loosened it up one more notch one the lock washer this morning. Getting ready to take it for a drive. If this dont get it I'm done with it. I posted it for sale last night.

I know this sounds like a dumb question but you did pack the bearings with good grease and plenty? My book calls to torque to 50 Ft Lb back off torque to 40 lb then back off 1/4 turn. I see a lot of different post on this subject but I go by my book and some time I still wonder. Also check your torque wrench and make sure it reads correct. Good luck.
