For the power steering fluid? Correct? Still learning...talking about the cap in the middle of the pic....thanks again..

Yep. Power Steering. Use ATF (automatic transmission fluid) if it needs to be topped up.

This is the cap/dipstick used with the Ford C-II P/S pump, introduced in 1978.
