I am curious about the quality and are the vents they are painting oem parts ? They will paint as you request . I just thought ruby red with black background would look nice on my truck .

350$??? thats a nice profit margin. I pulled mine off and painted them friday. Light sand, clean with degreaser, adhesion promoter spray, finish color spray, clear coat spray, re install. all done via rattle cans in the garage. I did break one tab removing driver side vent though, so a new set definitely has that advantage.

I more than likely will be purchasing these. automotive paint ain't cheap, doubt you will find a body shop that would do it for less. also, 2 color process in these is time consuming while keeping the pebbled plastic background. not trying to knock anyone, to each their own, but I don't want to rattle can body parts on a $80k truck.

I too looked at those on ebay. But ended up taking everything off and taking it to a local paint shop. Worked out better for me, because I wanted a lot more than just emblems done. Here's how mine turned out. I contemplated doing the F250 in red too, but backed out. And glad that I did after seeing them done this way.

You can make spray paint look like it was sprayed with a $1000 hvlp gun if you take your time.
