The 2011 F150 with 5.0 is at 150k. Belts were changed at 80k.
My question is: should I change out the idler and tensioner pulley while new belts go in? Anything else?
That was an interesting read. Without getting off topic I have read the debate over changing out the automatic trans fluid at 150k. Is this a must do?
Changing the fluid in a 6r80 is a 60k must do item. The carbon metallic clutches tend to overwhelm the electric solenoids and cause shifting issues or transmission failure.

June is a schedule 4k mile road trip.
Cheers!
Hopefully by now you have changed the coolant and spark plugs.
When it comes to fluids, its only FLUIDS, spend a few bucks on the life blood of a 40-50k investment. Mine just turned 110k this week and has had the trans flushed twice. All the others, such as diffs, transfer case, coolant, brakes etc. were done at about 94k. Cheap stuff like spark plugs and boots I've done twice already. I change my oil on F150 3.5 eco. every 5k with mobil 1 and MC filters. It runs like the day I drove it home.
