Sync 3 problems Bluetooth audio on Right channel only

Sync 3 problems Bluetooth audio on Right channel only
So I've searched here and haven't found anyone with this problem yet... When using bluetooth audio on either my phone or my wifes (both Pixel 2) it's as if the balance is cranked all the way to the passenger side, AM/FM works fine in stereo. If I move the balance slider to the driver side then I can hear the music or phone call faintly.
I have tried disconnecting the battery overnight, Master resetting the headunit, updating Sync 3 to the newest version and enabling WIFI (and moving the modem in my house to the garage for the best signal) Truck is a 2017 F350 with 50k miles on it so i am reluctant to go to the dealer to have them troubleshoot it. The only thing I haven't tried is enabling Android Auto and seeing if that might work.
The only thing that I can't prove is if it is restricted to the MyKey that is in use since the master key was stolen (it has been deleted) during a break in and insurance is fighting me on who pays for the 2 new keys and programming.
Any ideas?
