Sync not working
2016 f350, tried to sync my phone a few times and no luck. Asked two of my sons who are young men now and pretty tech savvy to try. They had no luck and informed me my USB won't even charge a phone. I looked at fuses but didn't see anything. The stereo works, but settings like bass and treble seem to default back to baseline within a week, but saved stations remain. I don't have the screen, just stereo and sync. Any input would be welcome .

If you’re using a usb cable for something, try a different one. I had a bad cable that looked ok be bad and cause all kinds of problems
If you can do a master reset of your sync system, try that. If you can’t, unhook the truck battery for a few minutes to reboot it. That might work
