01 4.6 engine issues

01 4.6 engine issues
Started running real rough on way home from work. Limped home, missing, rough idle. Codes are p0300 plus misfires on 2,3, and 4. Sounds bad, runs bad, I don't see anything obvious. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

In this case the 300 code is important.
Random misfires detected. It registered 3 out of 4 cylinders on the passenger side. SAME BANK. 1
Blown heater/leaking hose?
Radiator leak etc.
Moisture getting into the plug wells!.
You have to inspect closer to see what has happened.
There has to be a reason.

Thanks for the replies. No leaks. I wish that was the problem. Removed passenger side valve cover. Timing chain is off the cam sprocket. I don't have the timing chain cover off yet, but guessing the tensioner guide broke. My question is, with this being an interference motor, does the head require work for sure?

Put it back together. Still runs, very rough. I believe there are bent valves on the passenger side. No codes, but sounds like air bypassing valves.
