I'm looking at tires for my 2010. Crunching the numbers says a 275 65 18 is 10.826" wide and 32.07 inches tall.

I'm not sure what is available but something in the 32 x 10.75 x 18 range should also work.

286/65/18 (32.9") will fit with no other modifications

275/70/18 (33.2") should fit with no other modifications.
