Heater motor thoughts

Can't take full credit....
.....as I found the info on an FTE thread.
I bought the 5 wire motor to have high and low in both directions, but a different switch would be required. The original switch, uses a resistor for the lower speeds. I don't plan to use the unit much, just need defrost to pass a safety.
If I do use it, I will keep to the higher speeds, as I never did the math on the resistor value/load.
So basically, you could get by not getting the 5 wire.
