The ACM has no ability. It will only accept bluetooth or USB inputs. I suggest a bluetooth transmitter that accepts the 3.5 and just pair it to your sync.
I was bummed to find that my 2019 didn't have a 3.5" aux in jack either. On previous trucks I connected my scanner to this input for better audio through the stereo speakers.
