Anyone here re-tuned a TS Performance chip to different tunes? I tow a 40’ 5th wheel toy hauler. I am happy with my current tunes (basically all I use is +75 and +100) but digging around I see some intriguing options: Using the EBPV as an exhaust brake? Economy mode? Valet? No start?

What tunes are you using and who flashed it?

 

I have a TS6 with their canned tunes, and a TS6 with Gearhead tunes. The kid in me likes the canned tunes cause they spool up the stock turbo quick, and is fun stoplight to stoplight. And if you feel like it you can roll coal in the top 2 settings. However since i use my truck to tow our 5th wheel cross country, I've actually left the GH chip in over a year. Spools slower, but didn't roll coal with the stock turbo, unless i turn it all the way up n stomp on it in low rpms. Fuel milage is better with GH, but the turbo doesn't light as fast. Don't want to wash down my cylinders with unburnt fuel on cross country trips.
