I have changed 5 EGR coolers and 5 oil coolers so I deleted my EGR cooler by placing freeze plugs in each end and welded it shut during the process I must have hit one of the injector connection so I replaced the injector put it all back together won't start if I keep cranking till my nerves give out it'll start trying to hit then the IPR fault code pops up that's when my nerves give out it ran fine when I pulled it in the shop just blowing a little white smoke now it'll crank but no start almost like no fuel checked that no problems could it be a bad connection not having a good connection with the ficm or fuel lines full of air. It's a 2005 6.0 Edit
Did you mig weld those with the engine wiring harness still connected? If so it's possible (more like probable) you fried the ficm. You will need to go back to basics and start checking voltages. It would also help to have a scanner so you can answer questions that probably will be coming your way.
You may have turbo problems blocking the egr, tried that on my old 6.0 ( probably unrelated to your current problem) When I blocked mine it burnt through the metal eventually
