Front left hub noise

Rain has died down and I’m thinking about tackling a grinding noise in the front left hub on my 2003 F350 4x4. Only makes noise when hub is locked with 4x4 in or out. No noise with hub unlocked and transfer case in 4x4.

Noise is only on the left side. Locking hub? Hub assembly?

Fixed. Locking hubs were super dry. Took them, took them apart, and packed them full of grease. Super quiet now.

Great. I have the same noise. Hopefully it just needs grease. I'm having my ball joints replaced, brake rotors and pads. We'll figure it out.
