Hey everyone I am in serious need of help, I did an EGR delete from sinster diesel and now truck wont start
trouble codes :
U0105 P0118 P0198 U0306 P0472 P0670 P0683 P2285 P0046

Truck cranks but doesnt turn over, there is fuel at the injectors, no smoke coming from the tail pipe, FICM is reading 48v

 

Not sure what codes are for !!!
I did an oil cooler at the same time as my delete and had a no start, I was told just to keep cranking !!!!! It took a while but it did fire in the end.
You will get all the help you need here !!!

Since you have a Wide Varity of DTC AND MOST I looked UP were because OPEN CIRCUIT do this Below

Well Start Tripple Checking all the Wire Harness Plugs make shure they All Seated Good and fulley together

 

Okay ill recheck everything tomorrow, should the egr plug be plugged into anything such as a dummy? As of now I just have it free

 

Best thing is to deleate and plug egr valve back in with the Valve still the its Bore

As you can see now the PCM gets Pissed when stuff is unplugged

with the deleate the egr valve does nothing except keep pcm Happey

plus it looks more stock

that EGR Valve needs be in for Fan to Mainly in summer or towing

Pull the Plate and install that valve if you can Hope you didnt get the GoGo Intake Manafold
