Custom cab plate kit.

do you reuse door handle rubber pads when you install the custom cab chrome plate. Or discard

If it's not ripped or tore up I soak them in 303 protectant overnight wipe them down until dry and put them back. They do sell them aftermarket.

I guess I wasn’t clear. I’am adding new custom cab plates they come with gasket for the door side. I need to know if I need to use the original rubber gaskets that were on the original door handle or mount directly to new plate. The handles that is.

Discard.

You do not use them at all. The door handles mount to the guards, not to the body. Parts catalog says for both large and small pads:

Not used when C3TZ-8120966-A Right & C3TZ-8120967-A Left Custom Cab door handle guards are installed.

Also be aware that the door handle push buttons are different (longer) with door handle guards.
