64 custom cab

any one know where to get the inserts for the custom cab chrome piece for the out side of the door? have searched the forms and at dc but no luck

Napa has them but the holes need to be slightly bigger.

These should be available from automotive paint supply stores, where body shops buy their supplies. Also available from Auveco and Fastenal.
