Chrome Strip
I have seen a 77 F-100 that had a chrome strip from the trailing edge of the drivers door and around the cab just a couple of inches below rear window to trailing edge of the passengers door. The top of the cab was not the same color as the rest of the truck. Is this only on a two-tone cab?

Larry as far as I can tell; the cab molding was offer from 67 -79 two tone option package; I've never seen one on a factory one tone paint. But anything is possible, and with so many after market parts being avaible it wouldn't surprise me at all. I plan on changing my 78 solid red f100 Custom too a two tone using this cab molding to breakup the two colors.
