New 7.3l in Class A/C RV's
Always wondered why different HP/Torque ratings in Class C and A. If I'm understanding correctly a Class C the lower torque & HP than a pickup & a Class A will have the normal rating as in pickups.
Why would the 3v not have the 357 HP but has the 460 torque?
What year was the 6-speed auto trans added?
Looking at buying a Class C or A used motorhome. Thank you, LIKENIT

The F59 chassis is Ford's commercial stripped chassis, used for delivery vans and taco trucks. Ford makes a specific chassis for motorhome/RV applications, which is the F53. Different suspension, more tuned to motorhome comfort and performance. I would imagine that the F53 will have different springs and sway bars.
As for the model year that the F53 moved to the 6 speed 6R140, that would be the 2016 model year. However, there might still be some 2016s that would have the 5R110W transmission in it. My parents bought a 2019 Winnebago Sightseer last year with the Ford F53 underneath it.
