I haven't a clue, have never seen a tag like this, as it's not FoMoCo (or probably any other auto manufacturer) related.

Right, some Gov. issued thing. It was on my 66 with a Motorcraft 2v.

No such thing as Motorcraft until 1973. Original 1963/72 carbs are Auto-Lite.

Nope, its a Motorcraft. Had to have been the smog check of the day.

If it's a Motorcraft, the carb was replaced sometime after 1972.

Facet makes electric fuel pumps. They make or used to make carb. rebuild kits. Maybe in years past they sold rebuilt carbs.
