Need help identifying this carb
This is the original choke:
Identified 2EB4 = D5AZ-9848-A .. Thermostatic Choke Cover Housing (Motorcraft CM-2097-A).
Carburetor tag ID number: D7TE-ALA / Applications: 1977 F100/350 351M/400 with Motorcraft 2150 series 2V carburetor.
Carburetor tag ID number: D9TE-DHB / Applications: 1979 F100/150 302 with Motorcraft 2150 series 2V carburetor.
This choke housing was also used on 1975/76 Passenger Cars with 302's.
The problem is, there are THREE different 2150 carburetor kits , TWO different accelerator pumps associated with this D5AZ-9848-A choke cover.
Bill - so it's definitely a 2150? A good start. Any other identifiers to tell which one? Is the accelerator pump the same for all 3 by any chance?

Based on the D5AZ-9848-A choke cover, the only years/applications that used it were 1977 F100/350 351M/400 and 1979 F100/150 302.
It was also used on some 1975/76 302 Passenger Cars.
The problem is, there is more than one carburetor kit, more than one accelerator pump.

Then, there's the 2150 only accelerator pump (D5AZ-9B559-A / Motorcraft CM-2092).
Buy both from an auto parts store, remove the cover from the front of the carb (careful, there's a coil spring behind it), then remove the pump, replace with the correct one.

One of these should be the correct one? And the correct one can be identified by what the accelerator pump looks like?

I had to look thru ALL the 2150 carb parts lists (over 100!) for 1975/76 360/390; 1975/79 302; 1977/79 351M/400 until I found the choke cover ID number of 2EB4 which cross references to D5AZ-9848-A carb tag number D7TE-ALA 351M/400
Then, I had to go back to the beginning of the carb section, look up this ID tag number to find out the part number for the carb kit.
I found another listed for 1979 F100/150 302 D9TE-DHB
But this choke cover was also used on cars, and so far, I've only looked at 302 and found another carb kit. Gawd only knows how many more kits there are for 351M; 351W & 400.
. I have been the beneficiary of it several times and I really appreciate it. Thanks for doing what you do. I read on another thread about the issues you are having with your back - praying for a speedy and full recovery for you.
