Odometer panel in dash Question

On my bare bones '07 F150 the odometer panel is at the lower right side of the dash. It reads the odo and trip odo when the engine is running, also signals low fuel. Unfortunately I can't read it because it isn't lighted. I suspect I have lost a bulb. So question is,does the 07 F150 STX have some sort of lighting for the odometer / warning readout?

Yes, there is a little bulb that lights up the display. Mine went out a few years ago, I think it was bulb 73, but not 100% sure. You will need to pull the instrument cluster.

I had the exact same problem
it takes about 5 minutes to remove the cluster and change the bulb, the little sockets are kinda finicky but overall was easy
