There's 6 or so of them in individual holders that mount into the dash cluster.
You can get access to some from under the dash, but the cluster needs to come out for others - on my truck anyhow. It's easy to remove the blue shrouds to gain some brightness then too.
If you have no dash lights at all, you probably have a blown fuse.
If it's not the fuse,check the connections,and bulbs.Then,check the headlight switch.If you still don't have lights,try cleaning the contacts on the red printed circuit on the back of the cluster.If still nothing,it might be the voltage regulator on the back of the cluster.
