4wd Stuck
This weekend I had an issue where my truck did not want to disengage 4wd. My switch actually broke while trying to switch back to 2wd! I'm currently stuck in 4Hi and can't figure out how to get it to switch back to 2wd without the switch. Any ideas? I have a switch on order, but would rather not drive in 4Hi until the switch comes in.

Got the truck out of 4wd. I ended up having to take off the transfer case motor and manually move the shaft back to 2wd. Couldn't put the motor back on since it only lines up right now at 4Hi. I'm going to get a new **** today and replace and hopefully be able to put the motor back on tonight.
Also, need to find the issue with my dash lights not lighting up. I'm guessing it's a blown fuse.

when you removed the motor and manually put the transfer case in 2 wheel drive, did it signal the front pumpkin to VACUUM pull the axle shaft drive pin out ? If you don't get the switch, you can reinstall the motor and let it drive the front drive shaft, then use the VACUUM cylinder to disconnect the axle half shafts from the drive shaft.
