STARTER WOES
My son has a 1999 f250 7.3 this started about 2 months ago, he tries to start it and the starter stays engaged while its running or not and you have to pull the battery cable to get it to stop. so I told him how to test the starter relay it tested good but he changed it anyway still does it ! Ok test the s terminal to the relay no power when in on or off position so power only when in start position so no ignition switch problem.He replaced it anyway, so take the starter and have it tested,he came back with a new one put it in and it does the same thing WTF!!!! any help would be appreciated thanks in advance
