I am underway with a project that I need help with. I've put a 1955 C600 COE cab on the frame of a 2002 E550 with Powerstroke 7.3. How do you get rid of the air bag and any other software that will not be applicable to this build??....is there someone who reprograms the computer that operated the donor E550? 55 C600 on 2002 E550 chassis

Reason: spelling, punctuation corrections
will figure out how to put the 2002 cluster into the antique cluster housing... so yes .Im a geek for the old look but want THIS truck to function with today's tech...bypassing the air bag by plugging in a resistor is genius...fast easy...Im in a sudden time crunch...the building this truck AND my tool truck is stored in probably isnt going to be available in its current function for too much longer...the city seems to suddenly be acting on the requests for permits to change the zoning;;;;once that zoning change happens the ownership group will no longer allow us all to play there...they are going to redesigned that building so it will print money....cant say how its a secret for the neighborhood its in now... there is certainly going to be resistance to what I only believe is ownerships plan....So I need this project to actually run and move/steer and stop asap...no one is telling me a time frame I just see sudden permitting activities....
