Thanks. Good deal on the mat and tailgate mat; I will be getting those too. Thanks for the link, I'll check that out. I'm also looking at the wheel well plastic liners, should have just ordered those with the truck. Forgot to though. I did pick up a good deal on a truck bed cover on Black Friday, and then got a $40 rebate on top of that. So far, though, that's all I have. No biggie, the truck isn't actually here yet LOL. It is supposed to be at the dealer's, but we haven't gotten a call yet and we're in no rush to pick it up.
If you have your phone connected it will trigger Siri or Google. I just say cancel when it comes up. In reality, after you have it installed for a while and are done playing with it how often will you use it? I use mine maybe once a week if that much. It's just nice having it when I need it. It really hasn't bothered me at all.

So if you say cancel, the cameras will then come on?
Depending on your settings the camera will come on either by speed or manually. The only time you have to push the button is if you set it for manual operation or to enter the settings menu. The camera will come up but Siri will be in the background until you say cancel. Siri does not interfere with the camera operation.
No I have not done side mirrors. My recommendation would be to remove the mirror from the door, this would expose the channel into the door and the cavity in the mirror arm.
It sure is great to have a camera in the front too, when parking I use mine every day... I can now park within 1 foot of something, even a couple of inches if need be... instead of 2 or three feet away to make sure I don't hit anything... I used my rear camera that came with the mirror dash cam, since I too have a stock camera on the back, I put the rear camera that came with the dash cam in the front, and now I can see everything in the front of the truck in the mirror...
