Try conditioning the leather. I use the King Ranch leather conditioner. I too picked up my 2019 F350 CC/LB KR on 1/22. Already conditioned the leather. I think it makes a difference, softer, smoother.
I have a 2007 F150 KR with the original seats, no cracks or tears. I use the KR conditioner religiously.
I love KR conditioner. I buy several bottles at a time. Good stuff. Smells like a saddle I’ve gotta get a rig with dead cow liners soon. I miss leather.

I also think the seats look just fine. I would be more concerned about having a third party re-stretch and then stitch them...something about that doesn't not feel good for long term durability.
The thing about leather is no 2 hides are alike...there can even be slight variations in thickness on the same piece of leather even after all the high tech, professional, machining that gets done. This variation can create some long term waves and additional stretching in areas of the seat. Nothing to worry about.
Love those seats and congrats on the awesome truck!
