Heater Hose Leaking

Long story short, I had to bring my truck in because I noticed it was leaking oil. While checking that out, the dealership told me the coolant line for the turbo was also leaking. Almost a week after them having it, they finally call to tell me it’s ready but they found that the heater hose was leaking and “seems like it has been for a good while.” My extended warranty doesn’t cover hoses so it would cost $130 for them to replace it. Is this something that’s easy to do on your own? I see it’s pretty common but all I could find was info on 6.0s and older trucks. Thanks in advance for the help!

I replaced mine, removed the fender liner, removed the hose and replaced it. Took a splash of coolant to refill it. But for $130 I’d probably just have them do it.
