Front License Plate

Probably a silly question but do you attach a front plate to the plate holder with screws or bolts? I can't tell if there are plastic nuts behind the pre-drilled holes to use license plate bolts or if you use self tapping screws to cut threads into the pre-dilled holes on the front license plate bracket.

Should be a bag of hardware for it floating around inside the truck somewhere. Glovebox maybe?

Yeah the screw threads hold it on. There are only two screws, also.

Two screws wasn't enough for me. I bought a set of four chrome screws that require a hex wrench to remove. Maybe the license plate is less likely to get stolen. Plus, it looks nice.

I'm doing that with my work truck and the fueling station won't let me pay inside if I'm pointed towards the store.

Dealers here always screw in their advertisement size plastic plate so the screws are already into the front plate bracket...

Someone said they bolted the plate to the bracket. Ok, but the bracket itself is pretty flimsy. I think the bracket would break off the bumper long before the plate would break off the bracket.

I don't have one either. My back one is held on with SS torx button head bolts. Been doing this with either torx or allen bolts on every car/truck I've owned.
